Edward Martindale Richardson (1810-1874)
Son of Thomas Miles Richardson Senior, Edward Richardson painted landscapes in watercolour much in the manner of his brother T M Richardson junior. He did not begin to exhibit until quite late in life, contributing 2 works to the Royal Academy between 1865 and 1858 and 187 works to the New Watercolour Society's exhibitions following his admission as an associate in 1859.
