A delightful winter scene by Walter Hunt full of lovely details. A tinker huddles over the fire inside his frost covered tent and outside, in a land dusted with snow, his horse, two robins and scavaging corvids. Signed and dated, 1905, lower right, and inscribed on the reverse by the artist this painting given by Hunt as a Christmas gift - something he seemed to do quite often.
