One of the stalwarts of the Northern Artists and a leading light for some forty years or so, Walter is equally comfortable in pastel, watercolour and oil though the former is the favoured medium. One of a small collection selling on behalf of a client and in the original 80's framing, the purchaser may feel it needs updating, but well worth it. Sold 'as is' at the quoted price. We are always pleased to have the opportunity to sell a good example of his earlier work, especially of a well known location.
