This charming painting on a good panel is signed but we have to confess out ignorance as to who the artist is. It looks American as far as subject is concerned; on the other hand it is inscribed Paris and has a Paris label on the back. We hope one of our customers can help with this...meanwhile we are working on it. Maybe a 'sleeper'?
