Thought by a previous owner to be by T M Richardson Jnr and the original frame still bears a plaque to that effect. Signed middle left T L Rowbotham. We are still working on identifying the scene (River Tweed, perhaps?). Help from customers always very welcome! Perhaps a fortified house rather than a castle.
