Sidney Richard Percy (1821-1886)
Sidney Richard Percy was perhaps the very finest of Victorian landscape painters. The 5th son of Edward Williams he changed his name to avoid confusion with other Williams family painters. Address Sutton, Surrey. Exhibited in Royal Academy (65 works), British Institution, Suffolk street and others.
