After the Italian Baroque era Old Master Painting 'Angel of the Annunciation' by Carlo Dolci (1616-1686). Oreste Costa was a well renowned artist specialising in still life but also known for beautifully rendered copies such as this. Inscribed on the reverse with his attribution to the original master and with Firenze studio. In a magnificent frame that is self evident. 'Google' this artist to get a good idea of his output.
