Joseph Moseley Barber (c.1811-? fl. 1858-1889)
Joseph Moseley Barber was a British artist who worked in Birmingham and London. He painted landscapes, genre, and coastal scenes exhibiting seven times (12 works) at Royal Academy between 1864 and 1878. Barber exhibited further works at the Royal Society Of British Artists and at The Royal Hibernian Academy.
