Joseph Farquharson RA (1846-1935)
Highly revered Scottish artist, especially for magnificent snowy landscapes (quite beyond our pocket!), but also turned his skills to other fine landscapes, occasionally Eastern scenes too. Exhibited RSA from 1859 and at the RA from 1873.
