Described as a painter and etcher we present a lovely soft pastel of an obviously well off lady. Very simplistic in treatment and strongly imparting a feeling of genteel femininity.
Born and lived in Aberdeen, he was widely exhibited and was elected to the Royal Society of Etchers and the Royal Scottish Academy where he exhibited one hundred and twenty seven works !
