A medium sized Slater seascape, the wind is getting up on a winter's day as a roller curls and crashes ashore. Slater captures one of those rare days when light and cloud combine to lend the North Sea a green hue. Housed in a contemporary frame this relatively simple seascape repeatedly draws the attention of the eye. Signed lower right.
