We have spent a good part of the dark days of winter acquiring some of our best ever examples of Slater's work. Obtained privately from a vendor whose father bought from Slater himself, and therefore first time onto the market. Some could say these subjects are repetitive but they never cease to please, particularly when they speak of Slater's obvious enjoyment at being on the farm when not down on the shore.
