Delightful example by this very competent Devonshire artist whos studio was in Plymouth. He is given as having only exhibited one painting and is very rare to the market. One can only assume he died on the spot or the quality of his work suggests he had a ready market. In quality he compares to many of his so called superiors.Well framed as usual!
