George Stanfield Walters (1838 - 1924)
Little is known about this Victorian painter who specialised in watercolours, but there is a nice feel and good quality to his work. He was elected R.B.A. and exhibiting from a London gallery address exhibited at most of the better venues including RA, RSW, RBA, RI, ROI and the Walker, Liverpool.
