An excellent Scottish scene of Invergarry Castle on Loch Oich. The castle was the seat of the powerful Clan MacDonell of the Clan Donald and they were, at one time, one of the most powerful overlords in the Highlands.
As ever, Sticks described and signed verso which is always a pleasure in giving the identities to the whereabouts of his ever popular Scottish views. The artist must have had an extraordinarally busy career as he recorded just about all the Scottish coastal and Highland castles !
Good condition and framing.
