Albert Goodwin R.W.S. (1845-1932)
Painter of landscapes and biblical,allegorical and imaginative subjects. He studied under Arthur Hughes and Ford Madox Brown and accompanied Ruskin on a trip to Italy in 1872. Travelled widely in Europ, India, Egypt and South Sea Islands. Exhibited 300 pictures in the Royal Watercolour Society and 83 in the Royal Academy, and in many other venues.
