A fine rural Devon landscape of cattle being driven up a tree-lined lane aside a river valley with rolling hills in the distance and a hint of sunset in the evening sky. On a relined canvas and in excellent condition. Unsigned, as with many of the works of Traies. There is part of a Frost and Reed label to the rear and the painting is guaranteed by us in every respect. A lovely addition to any collection for those who enjoy a classic early English painting.
