Quite one of the best T. M. M. Hemy paintings ever offered. The title is obvious from the old label and we think the scene is probably near the glassworks and coal staithes by the Ouseburn, (we are quite prepared to be corrected on that!). An imposing picture both visually and in size and of 'museum' quality, historical and industrial interest.
Beautifully presented in an absolutely one off individual frame made to our specific request by Frinton Frames. A 'never-to-be-repeated' prime example.
